Whilst Michelle has taken meticulous care in preparing the information for this site, she cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions contained. Every effort is made to keep the site updated however information can change without notice therefore Michelle does not guarantee the accuracy of any information on the website, this includes any information provided by third parties.

Michelle is a supporter of online file sharing with friends or family, particularly when it comes to her artwork and welcomes free art exposure any day!
Anyone who uses Michelle Pike online art images for personal non-profit purposes is welcome to do so. Michelle always welcomes some help at the promotional end with one condition: that you provide a working website link back to the Michelle Pike website, or a "copyright Michelle Pike" or "michellepike.com.au" on the images.
If you intend to use online Michelle Pike art images for profit or commercial uses such as printed or painted art reproductions, product branding, labels or logos, you may do so with the artist's permission only. Michelle does license her images out for commercial purpose however artist royalties and a contract may apply. Feel free to email Michelle at art@michellepike.com.au to obtain permission for use of images or if you have an exciting business offer or request.

Artwork colour representation

Every effort has been made to represent artwork colours in the production of prints and merchandise as closely as possible to the image viewed on the website. In accepting these Terms and Conditions customers take on the understanding that discrepancies can occur when viewing images on un-calibrated monitors and that colour representation can differ from one monitor to another as can viewing the same image on your camera LCD monitor or a print.
